Information we collect

When you contact us, book a consultation or become a client, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business details, tax and accounting information, identity verification documents and correspondence.

This website does not currently run a contact form. If you book through Cal.com, your booking information is collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can manage the appointment.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and manage consultation bookings.
  • To provide accounting, tax, payroll, VAT, bookkeeping and related services.
  • To carry out client onboarding, identity checks and anti-money laundering checks where required.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, tax and professional record-keeping obligations.
  • To maintain website security and basic service operation.

Lawful bases

We rely on contract where processing is needed to provide requested services, legal obligation where records or checks are required by law, legitimate interests for business administration and responding to enquiries, and consent where you have clearly opted in to something optional.

Sharing information

We may share information with HMRC, Companies House, professional advisers, secure software providers, payment providers, identity verification providers and regulators where necessary. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

Client accounting, tax and anti-money laundering records are usually kept for at least six years after the end of the relevant relationship or tax/accounting period, unless a longer period is legally required. Enquiry information that does not become client work is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal information, and to request portability where it applies. Some rights are limited where we must keep records for legal, tax or anti-money laundering reasons.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
